Operational resources for project execution and contributor support.

The Project & Contributor Wallet supports WHALER’s practical execution and day-to-day project development.

It may be used for operational needs such as website work, project tools, campaign execution, content support, contributor coordination, community support and other approved project-related expenses.

This wallet is separate from the Ecosystem Vault, which is reserved for long-term ecosystem resources.

Its purpose is to keep operational spending and contributor support clearly separated from WHALER’s long-term ecosystem reserve.

Use of the Project & Contributor Wallet is subject to review and approval by the WHALER team.
